APP FEATURES
CHAPERONE ME:
You will never be alone again. Swipe to connect with a Chaperone that will assess and respond accordingly. Advantages include:
• Live audio and video streaming (like having a body cam, be empowered to speak up with evidence more powerful than an eye witness)
• Stealth mode to black out your screen when you want to be discreet
• Two-way texting if you want to communicate silently
• GPS location services for your Chaperone to send help and find you quickly (that will not burn out your battery)
When you feel safe and secure again, simply disconnect the call and confirm you are safe and secure.
HOLD MY HAND:
Don’t need a live Chaperone but do want someone to be on alert just in case? Perfect for walking alone or needing help on standby. Press and hold the thumbprint. If you let go for any reason and don’t enter your safe code or Touch ID within the 10 second countdown then your Chaperone is alerted to take action. Advantages include:
• Flashing light and siren will automatically trigger (unless you opt out in settings)
• Emergency services will be dispatched for you to your known GPS location
CHECK ON ME:
This passive feature is perfect for online daters, realtors and anytime you just need a guaranteed check in. Set the clock, swipe the banner notification when the time arrives and confirm you are safe. If not, your Chaperone is alerted to take action. Note: You must swipe the alert banner to connect with your Chaperone monitoring service. Advantages include:
• Passive feature you can pre-set
• More dependable than your best friend to check on you when you decide
MAP ME:
Currently shows your precise location and future releases will update to find the nearest safe haven, see the location of known offenders, reported crimes and get the benefit of Crowdsourcing with fellow Chaperone Users in the immediate area (opt out option available).
PROFESSIONAL MONITORING
• Title of Service: Professional Monitoring
• Length of Subscription: Option for one month or one year auto-renewable for Professional Monitoring Service and use of all features.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at $9.99/mo or $99.99/yr per your subscription.
• Subscriptions are manageable and auto-renewal may be turned off by visiting your iTunes account settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. You can unsubscribe during the active subscription period, and professional monitoring will continue to be available until the current period expires.
